Green Goddess Dressing

Rich and decadent restaurant style dressing is a great use for fresh herbs. Select these exact ingredients or use any extra herbs you have. Anchovies can be omitted but you will want to balance that with a touch more salt and the mayonnaise and cream can be swapped out with a Greek yogurt if you are looking for a low calorie option.

1bu parsley

1bu dill

1bu chervil

2pc minced garlic scape

2pc anchovies if desired

Juice of one lemon

Zest of one lemon

4tsp of champagne vinegar

1/2 cup of a neutral flavored oil like canola or vegetable

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

1tsp salt

* Combine all ingredients and purée in blender until smooth.
